UK delivery

Standard delivery to UK addresses is free.

Products fulfilled from local warehouse stock typically arrive in around 3 working days.

When local stock is unavailable, an order may be fulfilled by an overseas fulfilment partner. These products typically arrive in around 7–10 working days. Overseas fulfilment is not described as a pre-order unless the product is genuinely being sold as a pre-order.

UK customers should not be required to pay separate import duty, import VAT or customs-clearance charges when an order is fulfilled from overseas.

The applicable delivery estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Unless a different period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days after the contract is made.

Product and country availability

Some products are available only for delivery within the United Kingdom. Product availability and delivery options for the customer’s selected country are shown on the storefront and at checkout.
