These terms apply when you use the MOMO. Lab website or place an order with us. They do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and information. Please do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it without authorisation.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product-specific information, including build time, difficulty, dimensions and requirements, is shown where it has been verified.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Applicable taxes and any delivery charge will be shown during checkout. If we discover an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order, we will contact you and may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An Order Confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order, but it does not mean that we have accepted it. The contract is normally formed when we send confirmation that the goods have been dispatched, unless we have expressly accepted your order earlier.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, an error affects the order, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Delivery

For in-stock products, UK delivery usually takes around 3 working days. Some products fulfilled from overseas usually take around 7–10 working days, unless a different estimate is shown on the product page. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Unless a different period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days after the contract is made.

Cancellations and returns

Your rights to cancel an online order, return an item and receive a refund are explained on our Delivery & Returns page. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. This rule does not apply to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

For a qualifying cancellation, we will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned them. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not incur a fee for the refund.

Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory consumer rights apply. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Products are supplied for personal and domestic use unless agreed otherwise.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this website are owned by, or licensed to, MOMO. Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission.
